I only come to your dealership because the great job Peter does. He is a great asset for your dealership. Give him a great big pat on the back.

DO NOT USE THE HONDA SERVICE CENTER
I have yet to have a positive experience with the Kuhn Honda Service Center. I go only for Manufacturer Recommended Maintenance, but I have now stopped going there for that as well. Every time I go in for something simple, they try to get me to buy more than I need. For example: Every time I bring the car in (normally twice a year) they say I need new tires. So, I purchased new tires from them, and wouldn't you know it6 months later I come back in and they say I need new tires, again. When I told them that I had just purchased new tires from them 6 months ago (plus I only drive 4 miles to work) their excuse was that the tires were not balanced and rotated properly and the alignment was off, causing the tires to wear unevenlybut they are the ones who balance/rotate/and align my tires. So does that mean they are not doing their maintenance correctly? Confused? I know I was. Do not go there unless you want to get screwed.

Terrible by Luis S. at InsiderPages
I bought a Honda Odyssey from Kuhn. Terrible experience - the negotations never end - finally only when I nearly walked out did they get the Sales Manager who closed the deal. Go there if you like to haggle on everything and have lots of time to negotiate. All car dealers negotiate but these guys win hands-down as the best and most intimidating negotiators. Hated the experience. No problem with the Odyssey though - drives like a dream.
