Bob Clarke Tire & Auto Service

Have gone to bobs for years. Have two girls that take there cars there. We have never had a problem with service. They are always fare and trust worthy.

Do not trust them. I needed a water pump on my 99 Stratus with 75k miles. I sent my wife to drop off the car and the service manager explained to my wife that my car needed new head gaskets, heads machined, valve job and a list of other problems,,, $2200.00 dollars worth! She called me and told me what they said. I told her to drive home immediately. The service manager was not going to let her drive the car, It will blow up! he said. She drove it home and we took the car to a local dealer and the water pump was installed along with the timing belt and other belts for $450.00. They saw a woman with a problem and they saw $. Never trust this shop!

I've been taking my cars to Bob Clarke's shop for a couple of years now and would not trust them to anyone else. They have all the new equipment, all the training and certifications, but most of all - integrity - something in short supply in the automotive repair business.

I won't go to anywhere else. I trust the workers and owner completely. To the other review that said they did authorize some of the work they did, I say the work must of been truly needed and should thank the workers there for their safety. When I go there I know I am being treated with respect and that people aren't trying to pull a fast one on me. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Quality work. Full detailed explanation of work that had been and needed to be preformed.
Price was better then the dealer. Best trained crew then most area shops in my opinion. Neat and Clean restroom!!!

You cant go wrong . Clarke Automotive is THE Leader in the Auto Repair Industry.

I got in an argument with the owner about the bill. I did not o.k. some of the work they did. He said the car needed it to be safe. I will not go back.

I took may car to Clarke for some body repair work. I received very professional and courteous service by the employees and the owner. I was completely satisfied .

Have not been there. They advertise a very cheap oil change, if you make an appointment. They appear to do mostly american cars.
